Aromatherapy Massage

Our Natural Health coach will assess your needs and provide you with an custom dietary plan that facilitates healing and ongoing wellness. Developed over 50 years of experience at the Canadian Natural Health Association this program has proven to be pivotal in turning an optimal health corner for 1000s of people. Creating a new and vital direction that enables your body to do a great deal of its own self healing and helping one to reach towards high performance living and our genetic potential.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is one of the best forms of relaxation and meditation providing a perfect system of renewal.
